Common questions
Is listing really free for Places?+
Yes — Places listings are always free. You can list your venue, add up to 5 photos, manage your details, and reply to reviews at no cost. The Host Bundle (R100/month or R1 000/year) unlocks events, extra photos, analytics, and promotion.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?+
Monthly billing is R100/month. Annual is R1 000/year — effectively two months free. Both cover the same features. You can switch at any time from your host dashboard.
How does the founding offer work?+
We're in our early growth phase and want to make it easy to get listed. Activate now and enjoy an extended free period on us. When we move to full pricing, you'll be notified in advance and can subscribe from your dashboard.
Can I list in more than one category?+
Yes. You can have a Places listing AND an Extra-murals listing under the same account — for example, a venue that also runs weekly classes. Each listing type is managed and billed separately.
What happens to my listing if I cancel?+
Your listing stays visible until the end of your current billing period. After that, paid features are paused. For Extra-murals and Party & Hire, the listing is set to inactive until you resubscribe.
