One of the best planetariums in southern Africa on Naval Hill in Bloemfontein, with regular star shows and astronomy programmes for different age groups. The adjacent Franklin Game Reserve with giraffe and white rhino inside the city limits makes for an exceptionally good combined outing on the same hill.
